About BeTenant

BeTenant is a London PropTech startup building the all-in-one tenant rights app for the 11 million private renters in England — a large, underserved market. The product helps renters do three things: know their rights, document what's happening, and take action.

Under the hood: log repairs with time-stamped photo evidence, track the statutory deadlines a landlord has to meet, generate evidence reports formatted for a council, ombudsman or tribunal, send formal letters, and use 15+ tools covering every rental scenario — with Ren, a built-in AI assistant. We're in beta, moving fast, and building toward the category leader for renters. There's a lot still to build.

The role

We're taking on two students as Growth Interns. You'd work directly with the founders on growth strategy, content and partnerships. Small team, real ownership — your ideas genuinely ship.

• Shape and run growth experiments alongside the founders
• Own content strategy and create content for BeTenant's TikTok and Instagram
• Build partnerships across student societies, unions and campuses — and track the data on what works
• Lead customer discovery with students, and feed the insights back into the product
• See your ideas ship — not sit in a backlog

Who it's for

Part-time and flexible, built around your studies. Remote, based at your university. This is a volunteer role: hands-on growth work at an early-stage startup, alongside the founders from day one, with tech and AI exposure. No particular background needed — we care about sharp thinking, initiative and drive.
